Parish Events
Events arranged in the Parish tend to be set up and run by volunteers who do a great job helping the community. Keep an eye on our News and Notices pages for information about upcoming events.
Weekly Events
- Run by volunteers in Sennen Churchtown Hall
- Every Wednesday throughout the year from 12-1.30pm
- A safe warm space with free soup & roll, tea, coffee and biscuits
- Boardgames and newspapers

- Every Tuesday all throughout the year from 9.30-12.30pm
- A great range of food, art andcraft stalls filling two levels of the Community Centre
- Cafe provided in aid of local causes

Weekly training for the professional and volunteer crew takes places on Thursday evenings throughout the year. Training can be shore-based or sea-based and usually starts at 7pm. Launches can be viewed from the harbour and seafront.
Monthly Events
The mobile library visits Sennen once a month, stopping opposite Mayon Bus Shelter from 12:05 – 12:25 on the last Thursdays of the month.
Users can board the mobile library and browse the library stock, alternatively books can be ordered online and picked up from the mobile library.
The mobile library is scheduled to visit on the following dates in the first half of 2025:

- 27th Febraury
- 27th March
- 24th April
- 22nd May
- 19th June
- 17th July

- A fun, family friendly auction of furniture, bric a brac, antiques and curiosities
