As part of the Parish Council’s Amenities and Infrastructure Improvement Project, funded by the Community Levelling Up Fund, Stonechair is scheduled to be resurfaced during the first two weeks of October.
CGS Contractors, will dig out the drain and lay tarmac to improve the accessible width and safety of the lane. This will mean that the path will be closed for work during this period, however access will be possible to properties and for emergency purposes.
CGS will prepare the lane for this work by spraying herbicide along the path edges. This will be done during the week commencing 23rd September (weather permitting). The path will remain open during this time.
