SENNEN NATURE ACTION GROUP project:
Please come and help SNAG Clear up our Cycle path!
Meet new friends! Make a Difference!
The Parish Council is currently trying to secure funding which will enable us to make the Cornish hedge which lines the A30 and Cove Hill into a flowering and attractive feature for the village.
As a first step, please join us for some initial volunteer work to remove weed growth, litter pick and tidy up our hedge on the cycle path opposite school. We’ll be working on Saturday 13th April and if we have work to do and volunteers to join we’ll work on Sunday as well.
Saturday 13th April 10am start (Sennen Community Centre)
Sunday 14th April 10am start (Sennen Community Centre)
Stay for 10 minutes, an hour or four – all help will be appreciated.
Refreshments will be provided for all volunteers and if the weather deems it necessary we will shelter in the Community Centre.
Tools and glove will be provided but if you have your own please bring them – especially Cornish shovels, secateurs and shears.
Children are encouraged to join us but must be accompanied by a responsible adult as the work will take place on the pavement by the A30 road.
