Sennen Nature Action Group are feeling very happy!

Thank you to everyone for such a great turn out in the sunshine this morning.  Around 25 volunteers, 3 hours and a huge amount of work, weeding, cutting, digging and shovelling.  We broke the back of the hedge opposite school and think it looks pretty fine!

A huge thank you to the following people for turning out for such a lovely friendly and productive morning:

Guy & Shelly Pace, Linda Snashall, John Young, Laura Rimmer, Alice Burt, Hayley Williams, Richard Cawley, Pollyanna Perks, Andrew Tonkin, Sue Rowe, Izzy & Rachel Puddiphatt, Fiona Reverdy, Heather Noon, Alison & John Whitaker, Sara Bevan, Diane & John Dungy, Neil Dungy, Jo Marsham, Clive Bright, Graeme Paterson-Beedle and Marian (we hope we haven’t missed anyone)

Thank you to the Beach Takeaway for providing hot tasty pastys for the volunteers and to Cormac for collecting the dumpy bags of clippings (which will be done in the next couple of days).

We democratically decided to have a break before tackling the hedge on Cove Road!

So please note that there won’t be a working party tomorrow, but there will be in a few weeks – watch this space!
